The great thing today is that anyone can be a Bible Study buff! There are some great resources available that you don’t have to invest a lot to be able to study the Word like a pro. Here are a few of my favorites:

[one_third]biblegateway

Biblegateway
This is a great free site for researching the Bible online through keyword searches and topical subjects. It also has devotional and reading plans you can sign up for plus many other great tools.

Studylight
Before I jumped to purchase a package with Logos I used this free study site. They have oodles of online commentaries, dictionaries, encyclopedias and a lot more to help you understand the bible better. That is their mission.

Logos
These guys are brilliant! I can’t say enough about the vast tools they offer—they have several packages with various library collections that include great books, commentaries, visuals and maps to help understand the Bible in a deeper way. Not to mention the great prep tools to help you put together a devotional or message. It is my go to for Bible study and message prep, not to mention the apps they offer so you can take your bible wherever you go on all your devices!

[learn_more caption=”Social Justice”]
In 2007, I went with a team of college students to Cambodia to witness firsthand the devastation of sex-trafficking of young women. My heart was undone and God has stirred in me a passion to be a 21st century abolitionist. These organizations are a few of many that are doing an incredible job to bring awareness and seek to fight this issue worldwide. I encourage you to join us in abolishing slavery around the world.
